IT WAS A CLOSURE BY STEALTH AFTER ALL. I OBJECTED.
I thought this was suspcious and I was right.
It was supposed to be a temporary closure.
Obviously a stopping up is not temporary.
I have filed an objection with SCC.
This means there will have to be a public inquiry.
Hopefully this Footpath can be preserved.
